Lifetime Warranty: Hill country Tenkara is committed to providing high-quality Tenkara rods. We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and this warranty reflects our dedication to delivering rods that meet the highest standards. If a rod is discontinued or no longer available, please contact our support team to help come to a painless resolution.

Replacement Parts and Shipping: In the rare event that your Tenkara rod exhibits a manufacturer defect, Hill Country Tenkara will provide replacement parts at no cost. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement parts.

Scope of Warranty: Please note that this warranty specifically covers the Tenkara rod itself. It does not extend to the rod tube or rod sleeve. Any issues with the rod tube or rod sleeve are not covered under this warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team at help@hillcountrytenkara.com or 512 - 366 - 0591. Provide your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and assist in resolving the matter promptly.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear. It is important to follow the care instructions provided with your Tenkara rod to maintain its longevity.

Non-transferable:This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
